"The Cleveland Chamber Music Society presented the Prima Trio on the occasion of its Young Musicians Showcase concert on February 26, 2008. What the audience heard was a superb ensemble of three quite talented and mature artists. The trio performed music that was unfamiliar to most of those in the audience, and kept the listeners in rapt attention. It was a successful event for the Society, and all who were there were glad they came on what was a very wintry night.
I must say, on a personal note, that the trio members were wonderful traveling companions, as I had to spend some time with them getting them to and from the concert venue. They made themselves available, on the day of the concert, for some publicity events, including an extensive live interview on an arts program produced by our local public radio station. They performed flawlessly on the air (I had failed to tell them it was to be a live broadcast!) and were quite congenial interviewees.
I can't say enough about the three young artists of the Prima Trio. I know their futures in music will be stellar!"
